Alternative Approaches Coaching involves one-on-one focusing on the personal and professional issues that are challenging you at this time in your life. Because I am not your partner, your parent, your friend, your co-worker, I can listen to your situation without any preconceived assumptions. These fresh ears and the experience that comes from helping over eight hundred individuals get unstuck allow me to offer you eye-opening metaphors and new paradigms with which to view your situation. Such alternative approaches free up your energy to move yourself forward once again. The process is a gentle, supportive one, sometimes conversational, sometimes involving creative exercises. Each session is one of a kind, geared to fit your personality, your background, and the issues on your plate for that session. I may be helping you make a particular decision, get a new business off the ground, or figure out what on earth you want to be when you grow up. Our work together is effective, energizing, practical, affordable, short term, and not therapy.
